Dying goggles?

I read somewear on hear that you could dye goggles. If you know how can you share your wisdom or direct me to a video. Ive got some Oakley A-Frames.
 
such an easy process. just go to your local craft store and pick up a bottle of RIT dye. Then get a pot of boiling water going, say like a 2 gallon pot and put the whole bottle of fit dye into the pot and the throw all the parts of the goggles you want dyed in there for 15ish minutes.
 
when i dyed my o frames, it was a bitch to get the dye out of the foam. dont for get to seak it in hot water and laundry soap for atleast 24 hours
 
i found the powder dye to work better than the liquid...ethier should work though
 
what color are the frames? cause white will always turn out the best, and dying them will also make them more soft and bendable (not as stiff)
