DV Camera Microphone

i am looking for a resonably priced microphone for my Canon GL2... a shotgun style preferably. something i can just clip onto the top of it and will work well for picking up voices in something like an interview. about $100 would be ideal. thanks for any help.
 
I have that microphone and I don't use it anymore, just because I don't videotape anything anymore.

It puts out great sound and gets rid of most wind noise when doing chase cams and shit.

If you want to buy mine I'll sell it to you for like $50 plus shipping.
 
I don't know the brand but back when I shot on hi8 I bought an external mix from Best buy and I still use it on the end of a boom pole with my Gl2 and I love it. It was like $70 too.
