Tim Durtschi in Reasons and Wiley Miller in Turbo. Two dudes that absolutely killed the BC booters last year, but who's top dog?

i think if its for BC booters charley ager definitely has to be up there. i think wiley has more style than durtschi but durtschi did pull off the sw 10 this year

im gonna have to give my vote to Wiley, hes been killin it the last few years, and hes starting to absolutely send it off some huuges cliffs now, not just the sick stuff hes tricking off

Mr. Ager is leaps and bounds above anybody else right now when it comes to Backcountry.

sorry but while Both Tim Durtschi and Willey Miller are both great at BC jumps, and Willey is also a really damn good skier, neither can touch Charlie Ager's segment in Journal. I would say that Charlie Ager was one of the two people who pushed the sport the most last year, the other one being Dana Flahr and what he did in AK this year. Dana pushed Big mountain, at the level that Nobis did in Further and Charlie pushed Backcountry skiing the most it has ever been pushed.

i haven't seen durtschi's stuff from this year, but wiley always slays the bc booters every year.

those 2 are really good! charlie as well, but let me say that PEP POLLARD and MAHRE are my favs skiers in the bc

although tim;s switch 10 is amazing

Wiley Miller for sure, everything is so much smoother than what Durtschi did. Sure, as someone mentioned above Durtschi may have gotten a switch 10, but his pillow line had a few huge backslaps. Either way, they are both really talented, its just hard to compare because Wiley has been primarily a BC jump guy for a few years, where as Durtschi is just starting to focus on it.

really not sure how this applies... hes a fucking sick skiier
its really hard to choose one, both have blown me away with their backcountry shit... i think miller has a bit more style (prolly from doing it longer) but i really like Tims creativity... i think i would rather watch his segment than millers... i dont really like these comparing 2 skiier threads but this one is fucking a toughy

oh boy... definately 2 of the baddest-ass backcountry skiers on the come up. While I love what Wiley does, and I think he hits the illest BC booters and lines, I think Durt-ski has the upper hand on tricks, style, and the switch thang. No disrespect, Wiley and Durtschi happen to be 2 of my favorite'est skiers

between those two, durtschi. his part in reasons is absolutely amazing. miller doesnt really impress me anymore

Wiley killed it in Enjoy but... Switch 1080 BOTH WAYS in the BC? He can't even compete with Durtschi any more.
