I have a pair of 08/09 dumonts which are GREAT to ski, they just falling apart though! I wanna try someone other than salomon, and i need a really durable ski with a stiffer flex! RMU? Armada? Suggestions please?

not so much, i saw a pair of them at jib academy, guy form a local shop was riding them, he had them since the monday and it was a saturday(6 days) and im not sure if he rode them ever day but they were riddled with edge cracks

I also rode dumonts before and had the same problem!!!

Now i'm on the Icelantic Da'nollie, definitely one of the most durable skis on the market! Actually handmade in Colorado, not CHINA!!! They come with a 2 year warranty. Symmetrical. Sick Bases and Sick Graphics!

The 10-11 model (which I have) was a little softer than the Dumont but they are making the 11-12 model stiffer than the 10-11. I like mine alot better than the dumonts!

Hope that helps

The edge crack on Punx, yeah, but they never rip out, so it's not that big a deal.

The new resist edge material on the punx for 11/12 should take care of this problem!

You can't go wrong with Line's skatedeck construction. I've had both Afterbangs and Step-Ups and have no complaints.

Check out Blizzard Origins. They are my skis and I have used them for everything. They are a really strong ski at this rate I could use them for the rest of my life. They are also really stiff.

voklyl walls. I have the 2010 ones and beat the shit out of them all last year. They still have no edge cracks at all and the sidewall barely has any cosmetic damage
