i do it in the fall for like 2 months before the season starts, helps me get the feel of flips and spins back. but i broke my neck doing it last year...
I'm aware, it happened to me. But it's a lot more likely to happen without training... that's why it's so important to get training. It's very rare you get a second chance if you break your neck or back. I'm extremely lucky.
You can break ya neck getting out of the bath tub.... = bad news but if i break my neck tramppin' or skiing it's still bad news but at least i did it doing something i love!
