I got awesome deal on those two skis and I wonder which would be best.

I heard the edge protection on the Suspect weren't that good (skipass info)

Are the one on the Dumont better

Price (with taxes in CAN$)

Dumont whit sth 12 :857 $

Wall whit sth 12 : 850 $

I take the ski in 176 cm. Im 5'9'' and 130 lbs, its will be my second years whit twin tip.

help me i need to know which one to take before the end of the week

Thx

if ur gonna be doing over like...80 percent park, go with the walls. if your doing more all mountain stuff rock the dumonts, cause you don't have to center mount them.

I will do like 70% park and 30% groomers so which one is the best considering i will center mount them and which one is softer?

the dumonts and the suspects are both hella stiff, when compared to the walls. that being said if you are more of a butter play skier, go with the walls. if you are more of a groomer skier, pipe skier, big booter skier, go with the dumonts. the walls still carve well but are much much softer.

The edge armor on the dumont is good or its just for marketing and why jyeahjyeah_prods say the dumont suck? Should i go whit the wall considering the dumont is not the best choice? if you have other ski for me throw them in the mix i just dont want Line

dude i work at a shop that doesn't sell line and i still love 'em. but like i said, if you go really big or spend a lot of time carving go salomon. if you're more of a middle of the road park skier go volkl. the volkl will still hod up on 60+ foot hits, but you gotta realize that they are softer. if you dig the butters, go volkl. if you dig charging park go salomon

Thx man i think ill go whit the Dumont considering my friend don't go in park and ill do more groomer whit them. But the edge armor is good ? or its just for marketing. On skipass the guy said after 3 days they were broken.

dude all edges are going to crack at some point. i've cracked edges on the first day and had skis for a season without them cracking. the edge armor is an improvement but if all you do is slay rails and do gnarly lipslides and disasters, you're going to wreck them at some point. it totally depends on how smooth you are.

I never rode the suspect or the dumont, but I can tell you that the Wall's are stiffer then them. Here something interesting for you tho, I rode my walls for at least 60+ days, everyday I skied rails on them and I only have 1 or 2 edge cracks on each ski, not bad. On my Thrusters from 2 years ago I had 7 on each side edge of the ski half way through the season. I have nothing against Salomon but it tells you something about their edges. Im sure the suspect and the dumont have better edges now tho, but IMO the Walls kill it, very stable at high speeds too! I loved riding the Walls everyday last year and im thinking about getting another pair for this year.

I got some dumonts and alls i can say is they are amazing looking! i just got them a couple weeks ago and i definatly love them, and i cant wait to ski them... But my problem is i want bacons this year =/

the edge armor on the suspects is a great improvement you should look into the suspects.....it really depends on how hard you ski to break the armor edges and someimtes you can just hit a rail a weird way and they could break

I would get Walls, because I like volkl skis, and I like center mounted symmetrical skis for groomers and park.

im gonna say the ar6's are gonna be a good bit softer... if you are looking into armada skis look into the t-halls also if you want a sofer ski... i cant remember if they are softer or stiffer then the ar6's but i think a little stiffer then pipecleaners
