its not just the kids fault. his parents are the real douchbags to let him do that shit, and then his DAD threatens them with a lawsuit.

oh and noone on this site is poor. so dont complain about being poor.

Don't classify all rich people as arrogant bastards. 3/4 of them work hard for their money so I see no reason to dislike them for it. That kids dad just works harder than your dad. What they did was uncalled for though.

but anyways if u wer able to get free skis you would be pretty damn happy. and there skis really shouldn't be breaking in the first place, unless your doing something ridiculous. its the companies responsibility to put products on the market that will work even after warrenty. If my skis broke i would be pissed too and call the company to complain. your jealous cause he got free skis.

and on the other hand, the kid sounds like an asshole but half the people on the planet are. Who cares if he said park skiing sucks, don't be a little bitch about it and complain on newschoolers. he obviously likes different things then you.

and him being rich has nothing to do with this. once again your jealous

^ that last post made no sense, sorry yeah i was never claiming to be poor in this thread, i dont give a shit if he is anyricher than I, but the one problem i have with this situation is his family could have afforded the skis without batting and eyelash

we have a kid like that at crystal mountain and even the park director hates him. its so funny, he go the shit beat out of him bad this year, i luaghed then smiled. it was thoroughly enjoyable
 
i say post his number then steal his skis and send them back to vokly wiht no return adress then beat the shit out of his and tell atlantaski to shut up because i honestly would be pissed if i got skis cuz my daddy threatened to sue for skis that where out of warranty and also ski companies rnt hurtin onloy cuz they give out skis to sponsored riders and shit at camps i mean if they didnt how would the name get around.

also im prettyy sure i wouldnt be sayin that is teh cause fo companies not doin amazingly if someone offered you some skis or some shit plud i dont even know that volkl or many other companies are doing too poorly
 
Thats just a dick, there really is not a single word for that. Those are the people you dont even want to be associated with. If hes gonna tell you park isnt skiing, tell him that his skis arent his, they're his dads, and that he should fuck off. You dont need to be around that kind of asshole.
 
actually in my opinion youre a fucking idiot. if every company waranteed skis longer than theyre warantee stated they wouldnt be making any money.
 
im not calling you out cuz e-fights are gay.... thats only half true dude my parents would always pay for my skiing when i was little, when i turned 14 i started paying for half the ticket, when i was 15 i bought a season pass and my skis, at 16 i bought a car so i could drive myself to the mtn, now that im 17 im still buying everything that has to do with skiing but it definitly wouldnt have happened if my parents didnt pay for my stuff til i was 14, oh and i know plenty of poor kids who ski they just have jobs, especially my friends in college they are broke as shit but they still ski on their own money
 
companies need to make skis that dont just last as long as their warrenty and then fall apart on you

but no ski is going to last forever, and shit does break. so, dont expect to smash your skis into shit and expect the company to replace it

you said that you dont know how he broke them yourself, so how do you know it isnt a defect? and he may have been able to buy a new pair without batting an eyelash, but obviously volkl was able to supply him with a new pair without batting an eyelash.
 
More like they told him it was out of warranty to begin with and when threatened with a lawsuit they decided it was easier and cheaper to give out a pair of skis than deal with the courts, lawyers and the rest of it.
