when you do a swith up where you are spinning uphill where are you supposed to be looking? I always end up looking at the part of the rail that is behind me and when I try to turn my head to look in the direction Im going I fall off...

whats the name of a switch up on a box with no jumping?

you keep turning your head around with your spin until you can see the landing or the rail. keep looking up hill if you wanna come out switch

you just have you get yourself balanced and centered on teh rail before you go to switchup and at the point you feel your ready to switchup look over the shoulder facing uphill and try to look around as much as you can and if you hop a little it should come around. it just takes a bit of practice to get them right.

and switchups without spinning i have no idea, i dont really consider them switchups, just like box spins? sorry not sure on that

before the switch up, start turning your head up towards to top of the rail. then follow the rotation withyour upper body. remember to keep your head turning, and you will be able to see the landing pretty early. its the exact same method as a backside 270 off, only 90 degrees less rotation
