You don't have mono until a blood test confirms it.
All your symptoms are also consistent with really bad strep throat. When strep really hits hard, you can't do shit all. You can't eat, you can't move, and you can have fevers that spike super high. In fact, if strep is bad enough, you can't even take down fluids.
You need 2 things:
1- A throat culture to figure wtf is going on with your throat.
2- A blood test to either confirm or deny the Mono.
A sore throat is one of only many mono symptoms that can be caused by other issues. And there IS medication for it, but it's hard to get a hold of, still kind of experimental, and expensive.
