I took a trip to duluth a couple days ago and heres what i learned/got out of it...

1. UMD doesnt suck after all

2. seagulls are friendly

3. ships can be fucking huge

4. the town gets ghetto-er the higher up on the hill you are

5. don't jetski on lake superior if its windy

6. if youre into urban, youll love it there

7. minnesota does have hotter chicks than almost any other state

8. everyone is between 15 and 30 years old

9. half the businesses are tattoo and body piercings, the other half are banks

10. cherry coke changed to coca cola cherry

11. the area next to the magically-levitating bridge is sick

12. theres a $50 fine for bringing my dog into the hotel

Has anybody else jumped off the abandoned building in the middle of the water. I did today and I thought it was pretty sweet. There are rooms full of water that you can swim through too.
 
FUCK that theres nothing wrong with duluth -superior. Id pick living here over minneapolis st paul any day. no rush hour traffic, well maybe a little in duluth, no shootings, well maybe a few in west duluth. haha no but seriously duluth is badass you will be happy going to umd im sure, tons of girlies, good skating, alright skiing by midwest standards. duluth is a sweet town the scenery is pleasing...tower ave in sup is the shit if yoru 21. yeah i like to shoot my guns a lot and fish cant really do that in the middle of town but it evens out. youll do fine there.
 
duluth is a sweet place, year round. although i think im just too used to being so close to a big city to change it...

Oct 7th Duluth, MN. $33. i think theyre playing on the deck. yeah the beach on the other side of the lift bridge is pretty sweet. its not cold like every other beac in duluth cause it stays shallow for so long. oh and no its because im going to umd
 
not everyone in duluth is between 15 and 30 you must be crazy if you think that and yo dave the burrito union opened so theres your burrito shop

i remember when all the bear 102.5 girls in my dorm were sooo excited about how they "partied like rockstars" with nickleback in their bus when they played in duluth like 5 years ago...6? ew man.

16. superior skate park is rad!

17. Bike rides up the hill blow ass! even though I did meet ladies on the way up
 
I love these hills. Today me and my friend longboarded from the top of the hill at umd all the way down to the water and it was almost a 30 min ride nonstop downhill for the most part. Then we just took the bus right back up and did it again. so much fun
 
inever raced but its cool because it teaches kids how to ski right actually. and i demoted myself i just count for one im to fat now.
 
i think first day park is 100% complete we should get all the skiers we can and dominate the park and lifts and such just take it over
