Dukes-forward pressure

i'm swapping boots for my dukes from tecnica race 110's to scarpa skookums so i'm putting on a boot with a vibram sole and everything
so i haven't adjusted dukes before but i looked over them and i have no idea where the forward pressure indicator is, if there even is one
so i need to adjust 2mm bigger as well as toe height and everything
last thing i want is to get to chile and have my ski release and fly over some cliff
so anyone know where the indicator is?
sorry for massive n00b question

for the AT boot switch check TGR

for the forward pressure this is what I do when changing boots(if it is already set for the boots I am no longer using)

Place one old boot into the old BSL setting and see how it fits. Adjust the other binding untill the heel of the new boot needs as much pressure to fit on the duke(as in not locked in, but resting on that small piece that pushes the heel piece down).

OR

Just set a boot on the binding and screw that back screw(that adjusts what BSL fits in the binding) until the back of the heel piece touches the back of the boot, take the boot out and give about 3 more clicks tighter. Take the boot with your hand and put it in the binding. The back sole of the boot should need some pressure to fit on to that small piece on the heel piece of the binding that pushes it down to lock you in.

hope this is not way to confusing. message me with questions

I hate to say this but toe hight is pretty huge. just spend the 20 bucks and go to a shop. ask them how to swap it so you can go back and forth between boots.

if you don't know where the forward pressure is, you probably shouldn't be adjusting your bindings.

Its not that i have faith that you can't be told how to do this over the internet, but a little hands on education goes a long way. ya dig?

if you don't have a shop handy, i'll be happy to give you better details on how to do it.

okay i got some info on tgr and just did it, it's very simple
for those wondering:forward pressure- adjust it far out before clicking the boot in, then click the boot in and turn the screw until it is flush with the back of the housing on the binding. pull the boot out after adjusting toe height and check again because the forward pressure will usually change
toe height- on dukes the toe doesn't move up, instead the afd moves up and down. move the afd all the way down and click your boot in. then move the afd all the way up until it's pressing hard on the sole of the boot. back off on the afd screw until you can slide a business card between the sole and the afd with resistance, not too little but not too much
remember to adjust the afd before forward pressure

Correct afd pressure is determined with a piece of paper and it is to be able to pull the paper out right before it tears. Also the afd cannot have more than a 0.5mm gap between boot sole and afd when the boot is lifted up in the binding.
