Yup, everyones favorite Drunk DEREK was arrested last sunday for a DUI. he just got hes license back about a month ago after having it taken away for getting blasted and passing out the first day of school. I havent talked to him yet, but his court date is like this weekend or somethin, and his license is gonna be gone til hes 18 but most likely 21. what a dumbass!

been there, need to get a good laywer and you can end up like me and only lose your licences after the court date for a mounth, but hell I spent a shitload on a good lawyer

i got one of those once i lost my license for 90 days

well it is because about four months later i was busted for minor in consumption. although i wasnt arrested for that. but i did lose my license for a year,

When I got mine I also got busted with two paraphinalia charges, a speeding ticket, and a fake ID, and I wasn't even drunk. The cop also found a mason jar of moonshine and a flask of rum but he just kept those and didn't charge me.Anyway, it boils down to a good lawyer, a benevolant DA, and an old fart judge that doesn't give a fuck, to get off easy.

pffft. you're supposed to OUTRUN the cops, unless you live in LA, they wont expect a high speed chase. I mean, if your gonna lose your licence for 3 years, go down swingin'!

yea i dont have my lisence right now because of a DUI. It sucks pretty ad 6 months probation and revoked liscnese and a bunch of tickets. For how long I got away with it the time i got pulled over i had barely been drinking it sucked.
