does anyone know if you hook up two monitors to your computer if and how you would need to reformat it? thanks

my dad uses two monitors in his office in the basement and he just hooked one up to the other

well you start by finishing grade 4. (monitor and dual) then you talk to people who know about computers

at first get a display adapter which supports two monitors. then just buy the two monitors and plug them in to the ass of your computer. should work fine if you have installed everything properly.

yeah like finnish said...you either need a dual output card...or have 2 video cards. connect the cards, monitors and install the drivers for them. Then go to your display properties and arrange the monitors the way you want them by moving the 2 monitor images around. In the case of dual output cards you have to use the 'Advanced Properties' button to activate both monitors
