Duck Dynasty is not the spokesperson for America and I highly doubt it changes anyone's opinion on anything. That's literally one dudes opinion and he has every right to say it. You also have equal right to disagree, but your comment on terrorism and American late night entertainment TV highlighted the fact that you have the capacity to say something extremely stupid once in a while as well.
 
These guys are the America that the "terrorists" Don't give a shit about. They actually probably would like the show, and ore importantly the values that they promote on it. See, this is what I'm talking about when I say they're making america dumber.

1) You should be mature enough to understand that something can be highly offensive to a group of people without being IN that group of people. For example, I am a male but I can understand why women who have sex outside of marriage might not appreciate being called "sluts" or "whores." It's called "empathy" and it's generally considered to be an important part of the human emotional spectrum.

2) His opinion isn't harmless. He and his klan are massively public media figures who (unfortunately) have a large influence with a (in my mind) STAGGERINGLY large swath of the american public. Apparently people actually look up to this family as some sort of source for inspiration, for reasons I can't imagine.

3) So what if I am gay? I'm not going to give you the pleasure of knowing because unless I want to have sex with you, my (or anyone else's) sexuality is none of your fucking business, and you don't seem like my type (I like smart people).

4) Your fascination with anal penetration is an oddity to me. If you are heterosexual, why do you (and so many of your fellow homophobes) spend so much time talking about fucking men in the ass? I know gay men, and I know homophobic men, and no one talks about anal sex more than homophobes. If you really have anal penetration on your mind so much, just try it sometime. You can still be a "straight" guy if you want, you don't need to tell anybody because it's YOUR BUSINESS.
