Dub cork

so i just got my cork 7s and 9s down and by the end of the season i want to try a dub cork... i know how to set it and all but im not sure when to do the second cork.... should i come out of the first cork at 5 and start the second at 7? ( i put this in trick tip but it doesnt seem to be doing much)

to be honest when your doing a dub cork your not gonna be able to think in the air ok cork 5 to sw cork 5 or what ever, just throw it and try and get both corks around as fast as u can, the more time u have to spot your landing at the end the better chance u will have to stomp it

dont hold me to it cus im not even good but i heard just throw your cork and stay tucked through the whole thing. idk hope for the best

im doing the same thing youre doing. only i dont care what season i land it in. i just want one. got my 9s and 10s decent enough. i feel like if i were to throw a dub i would have no idea where i am in the air until i come out of the second cork. which is the problem cause im not sure how i would come out of it.

My tip is do some other dubs first and if u get those down and still wanna try it then its like on a tramp when u do it u kinda do a cork 630 then go into a flat 450 sorta its wierd at first and wat u should do is practice doing cork 7s on the tramp and landing on ur back then try a few dub corks u need a lot of air time so u might not bring it around if u feel comfortable with that then bring it to skis.

My 2 cents

i have dub backs... but im wierd i am to scared to try a dub back on a tramp but im not scared at all to try it off a park jump... i have been trying them into the faom pit at woodward but i have to go for bio instead of cork because its on a tramp and it would be kind of like a gainer... and thanks for all the advice from everyone else +++++K

seems like you should throw the first rotation like you're going to land above the takeoff like a stepup, then when you come back on axis the first time drop your leading shoulder

I am tempted to try them as well. I have been working them on the trampoline a bit. Try to get cork 10s on the tramp but try to stop the cork after 7 and just do a 360 after. And then I would do that and right at about 630 drop your inside shoulder and transfer your "weight" and turn your head to your inside shoulder.

i obviously dont know how to do it. but good tips i imagine just about anyone would say is...
1. commit2. huck3. grab4. spot5. stomp
in that order

Train the double on tramp, it is usually a dub cork 10 on tramp. Then after you have got it on lock find a pow jump or a safe table with a soft landing and throw it exactly how you do on tramp. I did that at water ramps and my first dub cork was dub 12. So idk what your spin will be but it is usually more than it is on tramp. I just landed my first dub cork 2 days ago, DUB CORK 1440!!! I am stoked on mine and good luck with yours
