Dub Cork mechanics?

Hey i have been looking to start working on my dub corks.... is there anyone here that could help me out with some suggestions on the throw and setting the grab? I just am not sure yet the exact angle i am looking for..... thanks for the help
 
don't even consider until you have cork 7s/9s locked. Assuming you do, I'm sure you know that point in a cork 7 at about 540 where you spot your landing and start to open up. At this point, do NOT do either of those things.

Basically, just throw it like a regular cork 7 but keep your legs tucked up or holding your grab and continue to have your head and shoulders committed to the rotation.
