Dryslopes

i think a dryslope or indoor park would be awesome for this area, everyone skis park... it'd hit it big enough to stay in buisness

I think they are too scared there isnt a big enough market for just for an indoor park!!

I checked into the whole dry slope thing once and just the set up/supplies cost around 4 million dollars, then you still need the land or building for it. I think it would draw enough cash to stay open, espically if you combined it with a decent ski shop, resturant and arcade for the kiddies. If it was in the MI/IN/OH area it would rock, like where the three states come together.

^ probably. but think of how many people would come to it. theres tons of kids that ski and board park around here, we should talk to some company about making one

We're hiking about a 40-50 foot step down at Marquette tomorrow. We'll see how a blown out knee reacts to jumping 1 month after tearing my ACL. My crutches will be in my car. Sorry, dont mean to brag.

skiing sucks
