well.. i just lost a good friend because he drove into a telephone pole at 90mph while he was drunk..

DJ art was only a kid, i need some vibes, ive lost a good buddy

it really just made me think like imagine if me or one of my other friends was in that car with him.. im never going to drink and drive

kids don't take drunk driving seriously enough. i know so many kids at school who do it, and it's such a shame. kids scoff when their schools do something like have a totaled car outside or have a motivational speaker to help teach kids not to do it, but it's so important to not. i'm truly sorry for your loss, RIP.

my buddy and i were talking about how much it sucked that transit didnt run past 2 am in vancouver and i said "i wish it was possible to drive drunk and not die". so case and point.

sorry for your loss bro

this just popped into my head so if its dumb (which it is, i know) dont hate...

Warnings on the side of alcohol cans/bottles? same basis as the cancer warnings on cigarettes, only with alcohol.

Sorry for your loss man. Too many people never think about the true consequences of their actions. My good friend and neighbor's family was sued because my friend had a party and these random assholes drunk drove home and got killed. Bullshit. People need to take goddamn responsibility for their own actions.

It's pretty fucked up when under age kids drink and drive. They drive to a party and tell their parents they are going to come home after and when they drink they think they can make it home and are afraid to call their parents to have them drive them home. I know all parents if their child called them and said they were durnk and needed a ride back home would come and pick them up no matter the circumstances

i usually try to get another ride or sleep out if im drinking, but on occasion i will drive but i try to keep a limit to how much i have. and whenever i do drive, its always extra catious and below the speed limit. i dont know what kids are thinking going over 80 mph when there drunk, something bad is bound to happen...

it doesn't matter if you are under age or not bro..

just cause you're over 18/21 doesn't suddenly make you invincible

some of my friends are so stupid about drinking and driving it sucks....

sorry to hear about your friend...stay strong, things always get better

dude rip, i haven't lost anyone to driving drunk, but one kid who graduated last year died because someone drunk hit him

same shit. rip dude. the worst is losing a friend

i really think that if there wasnt a drinking age shit like this wouldnt happen, kids wouldnt feel such an urge to get way drunk, and nobody would be scared to ask for a ride home, now that my sister is 21 she started telling my parents ahead of time that she was going to a party and that she might need a ride home after, but before she was 21 she would never say anything to my parents because she didnt want to get in trouble.

my best friend was just killed in a drunk driving accident where the driver of a mac truck passed out in the drivers seat.and it is completely fucked up.

im listening to six feet deep right now.

"youre gone, but just remember g

you'll always have a place in this world as a memory"

sorry bro for the loss, best of vibes to his and yours. just let this be a lesson to us all.

I'm really sorry to hear that, I know it must suck, when people do stupid things like that, its so selfish because they dont realize that if anything happens to them, yes they are hurting themselves, but they are hurting everyone else at the same time. my 4 month old baby sister was killed in an accident involving a drunk driver, i was around 7 or 8 at the time, her car seat wasnt completely secured all the way because they werent driving too far and it was late at night. my parents still, to this day, have never forgiven themselves for not securing her car seat.

this is a bit off topic, but suicide is also one of the most selfish things you can do. it's like saying I hate my life so much, and I can't take it anymore, so i'm going to make it a living hell for everything that has to live without me everyday.

but from the suicidal persons perspective...they dont really care about the after effect of their death. they just want to get out of their miserable depressing life

yes, which is why it's selfish, because they dont think about how their choice is going to affect the people that love them, they don't care, they just dont want to live anymore, its the most selfish thing you can do

MADD Canada came to our school last year and put on one of the most horrific and graphic drunk driving presentations i have ever seen. I will never drink and drive after watching that, just incredible.

RIP man

Ya sorry to hear that man. Driving drunk isn't cool at all it just endangers the lives of so many people.

i tried to post in here like 3 times as a guest b/c i kept forgetting...

but

i know how you feel man. my cousins friend who was like a big brother

to me was killed in a car accident a while ago. he was an all-star

football player and had a full scholarship, just graduated rolled his

car around 6 times going 85+ died at the scene. the kid in the

passenger seat was in a coma for almost a month, forgets his best

friends from high school. the kid in the back not even a bruise. RIP EM

DOG & DJ ART!
