Drunk at 12

We were sitting in a car in the middle of our town when all of a sudden this little hispanic kid just came up and like leaned up against our window and passed out. I went around and was like are you okay? The kid reeked of alcohol and was soaking wet. He wast passing out and like semi retarded. The story goes that he was with three other kids and some man got alcohol. For the past few hours it was snowing and this kid ended up alone passed out at the skatepark for awhile. When the ambulance got there he was throwing up and they hooked him up. He blew a .138 which is almost 2x the level of an adult DUI. Sucks for this little kiddy
