honestly i can't remember how much i took but it lasted a good 5ish hours.

do them during the day or in the morning though because you can not sleep when you're tripping. eating a big meal before is a good idea too because you won't want to eat after you take them. function-wise yeah, but i wouldn't count on doing anything important that day.
