Yeah well i got home tonight and i noticed a pair of shoes hanging on the powerline in front of my house. I told my dad and he said that ment that there is a drug dealer around???

True or False?
 
Yeah, i live in a suburb. But he heard it from a local cop. But i dont know if he was talking about around here or like in the city.

I've heard that its for gangs marking a territory. I've heard its a signal for gay sex. And I also think its just something drunk people do with old shoes at parties.
 
haha, i would love to try to get shoes up there. i could completely understand how a bully would take a kids shoes and throw em up, but i wouldnt do that myself. fo realz

It means someone in your house offers pay-for-sex anal, coke, and a good arm to toss shoes all while is a remembrance to his fallen friend who died receiving their duties...all at one location. Good home life.

i live in the hood. it means someone got their ass kicked and their shoes tossed over the wire. nothign more, nothing less.
 
your all wrong it means that someone got thier feet chopped off by alkida and thrown up in celebration its an anchient ritual preformed by the pheasians as worship to the gods if you look inside the shoes you will see the feet still inside nothing more than that
 
yea ur dads right, in the projects they put them up on the wires so people know where to buy, but its probably some kid, borred, with an extra pair of shoes and some time to kill
 
hmm, last time i visited the dorms at Ohio State, I didn't notice the bars over the windows, chain net basketball hoops everywhere, tagged buildings and slangin' on the corner. guess next time i'll pay a little more attention.
 
some place i bike to has them on the wires, i never knew that they ment. i just hope when i try to get them, ill get struck by lightning and become michael jordan
 
it is true, but that was a while ago and it was usually on corners where they would throw the shoes, prob. just some dumbass dickin around
