Well sorry NS for wasting some of your guys time, but it's a sad time in my life. I dropped my prized possession today into a local Lake... I was taking some nice fall pictures at Lake Scranton in Scranton PA All of a sudden my strap loosened from my wrist and it fell into a nice deep spot of water. My Canon 60d with a 17-55 2.8 dropped into the water. gone. that was my rant, sorry but it's just an awful time right now.

Maybe if you retrieve it you'll have footage of Michael Scott's car. You could probably snag a gift basket from the trunk while you're down there.

Seriously, though, that blows. I feel your pain, man. I dropped my camera into a creek a couple years ago. Thing is, this creek was in a pretty deep, waterfall-filled granite canyon. It's an awful, sinking (no pun intended) feeling.

gotta hold thats shit with a death grip man.......I feel your pain dropped my cam outside my car last year but thank god it only shattered my 50mm

I did the same thing with a gh4 and a 200 foot cliff. Try to see if your house/renters insurances covers it, worked for me.
