I'm planning on building a ramp for my summer set-up but i'm not sure what structure would work best. i'll probably end up using astroturf with it. i've searchbarred extensively but unsuccessfully. any suggestions from owners of drop ins? what works? what doesn't? i have a 10 foot long pvc rail. thanks

I live in syracuse ny and have a drop in ramp. I took a shitty tarp and put it over a pice of ply wood then propped it up on a bench... works like a pro

Ok, i built it yesterday but haven't hit it yet. Predictions? Suggestions? Thanks for the help so far

my drop is about the same, ive been hittin it for weeks now and it not to steep, but you might wanna make the flat section after the ramp longer cause i found with mine that i had no setup time and it was fukin me up

if i get off my ass and take some pics ill send the to you

I have a 6' drop in, but I need one for urbans. How heavy is that? Could it fit in a minivan without the backseats?

first off your gunna need way more tranny to carry ANY speed especially in the summer and especially to get off that fucking booter

its pretty heavy, but if u made the ramp detachable it probably could fit. the only thing that makes it hard to move is because the ramp isnt detachable

Your probably gunna need to make the transition smoother and yea make the rail a little shorter and longer. But other than that it look sick!

ok, so as a lot you predicted the rail was too high. fuck.

but instead of giving up there i decided that i had invested too many hours on this thing to let it die. so i went to home depot and bought some more wood. i build, as was suggested, a longer and shorter rail. a foot shorter and a whole lot longer.

this one's about a foot and a half high, and 20 feet long.

haven't tried it yet, but it's got to work. i don't see anything potentially wrong with it. any final suggestions or predictions? thanks for the help
