lol come on you know a 3076 is going to be making more than 330whp, speeds make that on stock turbo man. there was something SERIOUSLY wrong with that car for you to beat it. that's an easy 400+whp car.

oh and one of the 500+whp speeds mentioned above is on fully stock block :)

its cool the kid doesnt own a GTR you actually probably know things about cars if you own a GTR. That is unless you can afford a brand new one which this kid definitely cant nor can his parents. Shitty bmw and a shitty porsche in his pictures dont even cost half of a gtr haha.

your stock turbo is not making 490-500 the thing turns into a fucking blow dryer at around 400hp MAYBE IF YOU ARE LUCKY..
 
actually if it wasnt for the FWD they would be a lot less powerful. God you kids need to learn about cars. The more wheels your engine has to turn (awd) the more power you lose...
 
I have never dynoed my evo once since my recent motor build, I run high 9's in the 1/4 mile. is it ok if I claim 750hp??

a gt30 isnt going to handle anything above 27psi very well, like its not gonna blow but as I said about the stock turbo on the mazda, it turns into a big blower dryer.
 
im looking at videos of 3076's on cars running race gas most of the psis im seeing are right around 25. not many people running over 30 on gt30s.

the issue I have with the other guy is he is claiming 3076rs are good for 500+- yes this is true- on high boost
a 3076r on 93 oct pushing 24 psi depending on the car is enough flow to support 400 whp

now crank said turbno to 28 psi and 100 oct and youll be closer to 500- but who runs 28 psi on a stock block- not many thats for damn sure

I still need a ride in your evo- this 350 is slow as shit and I cant even drive it unless I go home.
 
honestly dont remember at all I think 30psi but that was with meth and as you know more boost with meth.. also had cams and an amazing tune. 500hp on a stock block 4g63 is money all day long. never had one problem at all with that thing. it was beast, should have never turned it into a race car.
 
the mzr disi block is not a pos. it might not be a 4g63 but they hold a lot of power man. early in the game motors were popping, but it was due to a fueling issue. there are multiple 400+whp speeds on stock block and some around 500whp. i don't think that equates to a pos.

all stock block mazdaspeed 3s. didn't even look for speed 6's cause i don't feel like it right now.

and also wiki i'm saying 500hp to the crank with a 76r is completely capable running 25-27 psi all day. i don't know of very many people running any 30 series above 30psi, it's just not efficient and you're blowing hot air. check the boost on some of the speed's in the section posted above i doubt they're above 30psi besides a few of the 500+whp guys.
 
I would say that skiing too fast (out of control) is dangerous. It just upsets me when people think they're badass for driving fast, thinking it's a cool thing to do. You could die. More importantly, you are not just choosing to risk your life, but the life of anyone else on the road, or near the road, or crossing the road etc. It's not up to you to make that desicion I think. People driving fast because they think it's cool definetly kills a whole whack of people every year, and I don't think risking that is impressive.
 
no i agree for the most part, there are only a couple places ill drive fast and "reckless" around here. one is a neighborhood that never got built, basically like 5 miles of twisty roads out in the middle of nowhere, no houses, nobody around, you can see for miles in every direction, and tons of runoff. that and a couple big parking lots, some offroad trails and logging roads, big open dirt lots etc. are the only places ill go drive like that. but for the most part, if i wanna drive fast, i go to a track..

i dont do that shit near traffic or anything. and i think its retarded to. its the same with skiing, there is a time and a place to do those types of things. if i wanna haul ass, go ski recklessly and risk my life, ill go do it where i cant hurt other people. same with cars.

oh i know, i remember in highschool riding with a couple different kids doing stupid shit like going over 100 in a 35 down a busy road. i saw one guy die, he was doing 120 in a 40 in a wrx, clipped a car, slid into two trees, then a third which split the car in half. he had no seatbelt on, flew like 100 yards from the car, had his girlfriend and her little sister in the car, they all died. i was standing in the parking lot he and his car flew into. to add to the stupidity, he was drinking.

im not saying its stupid to drive fast, or that i dont drive fast. you just have to be smart about it. i have no problem doing over 100 on a highway, so long as there are no cars around and the conditions and visibility are right. there are mountain roads around here where i more than double the speed limit, but only when i can see far ahead and know whats coming. and i slow to a reasonable speed for areas with bad visibility or near towns.

i mean, me and my friends have done more insanely reckless stuff involving cars than pretty much anyone else i know, but its in areas that are miles from another car or people. and for the most part have a lot of room for error.

 
haha yes- just because you can run the hp doesn't mean its reliable show me a mazda block running 500 wheel for 40k miles then ill say its not

s4 block for instance, can run 450awhp all fucking day long yet the car only came with 240hp stock, Id like to see a speed 3 with double the hp from the factory run some serious mileage.

I mean shit, there is a honda guy running 874 fwhp thru his stock bottom end- and it ran for 1100 miles, then obviously it exploded, anyone can run a shitload of hp, I like seeing hp over time

and to the guy that said his g37 is 400 wheel it better have a 125 shot, or some form on induction otherwise your blowing smoke right out of your ass

anyways no more caps. if you are running meth at 26psi on a mazdaspeed 3 and making that kinda power that means you are at the absolute outer limits of that motors capabilities. first no meth spray WOT he does.. BOOM BOOM as in he has a a malfunction with his meth system which is always bound to happen.
 
I do auto-X and Rally-X with my swapped legacy wagon. Tons of mods yet perfect for skiing. I have raised suspension for winter and lowered for summer.

If you're going to drive quickly on windy roads you might want to learn a bit about car control. Your seating position is wrong. You should be closer to the steering wheel. Also, keep two hands on the wheel when you're not changing gears. Apart from basic control it stops your gearbox wearing out. Small amounts of pressure on the gearstick can wear out a gearbox very quickly, especially at high revs.
 
meth and e85 mix- come on man- and hes running 26 psi- the guy I dusted was running 22

Here is the big kicker here- While the speed 3 or for instance the 1.8t with a 3076r I raced sits there trying to spool those tiny little k03s reach full boost at 2400 rpm-
That means that I have 295-310awhp from 2600 rrpm all the way till 6k. And I had 335 ft lb of tq the whole rpm range

So while those cars sit there waiting for spool(which I cant see the dynos anyway Im not a member of the forum) I was already blowing 18 psi thru twin 44mm turbos
When you look at vbox runs I was actually accelerating faster than my evo through 4500rpm where the monster turbo on the evo took over. Granted the was 522 awhp and 458 ft lb of tq and revved to the fucking moon

and at the end of the day its still a fwd car, it can have a million hp and I could still give a shit.

 
yes yes i know all of this but good points. at the end of the day all i'm saying is that 3076r you raced and beat had something seriously wrong with it to be at 330whp...that's stock k04 territory.

guys are spraying meth due to running out of fuel, if we had a proper fuel system those numbers would be achievable without meth and a 2-3 gal mix of e85 isn't a deal breaker.

my s4 ran 345 on a dynodynamics so the numbers im saying are with load, wind speed, and a bunch of other shit

Now my z on th other hand is slow as shit- 243 whp- 75 shot goes on in February to give another boost then im just gonna wait to buy another car
