i hav no idea how people get through this shit. anyone here taking it? my state requires it unfortunatly. im taking it through my school and the teacher is one of those people who could care less.

 
ha ha have fun. i am so glad I am out of driver ed. mine was supposed to go from october to january, and it ended up going until late march. it wasn't too bad at first because we had a fun car instructor who made us put the car in neutral, pedal to the floor, and he shifted the car in to gear and we had to go around a fire hall as fast as we could forward and reverse. then we got an old wench because the other guy was laid off, and he smelled like coffee pot.

I just sat in the back and knit stuff and listened to music under my sweatshirt hood the whole time. it sucked because I took it over the summer in maine where I don't live, so I had no friends in my class. And it was for 5 hours at a time.

 
yea i finally got the class part over with which was a challenge but now i have to drive. its soo hard to schedule driving with the teacher at our school. she is old and strict as all hell. asking for driving time is like pulling teeth. haha

i took it last simester in school. our teacher was a lesbo and she talked about it alot. haha kinda funny i guess. she'd always think we were gonna crash. i taped one of our times driving. good times.

i need ot take my drivers test, but i only 2 hours of practise. hows middlebury vermont dmv ?

ii wish my school had it, because in new york if you take drivers ed you can drive after 9 when yer 17 but otherwise u have to wait until yer 18 to drive past 9. its so gay

Haha, mine was so fun. I had 3 people in my class, my teacher was awesome, and the drivers ed car had a custom paint job with purple underglow. And the teacher gave us so much food. I loved it.

don't know if i'll pass though cause although i got a 95 on the driving part i show up about 10 min late every day and don't do shit in the class part so we will see how it goes

driver's ed is incredibly easy... just read the book/pay attention in 1/4 of class (one or the other) and take the tests and you'll be fine.

unless you're going to a nazi driver's ed place...

forget that. i just drive around with my parents and i'm going to take the test whenever i feel like it. i dont need to pay some random dude to show me how to drive when my parents can give the exact same advice, and, i don't need to sit thru some stupid class telling me that i'm going to crash and get hurt, and this is how to avoid stuff. all you need is common sense and to be somewhat alert.

Driver's ed is pretty useless, altho it scares enough kids into driving cautiously that it is probably worth it for the government. I took it because within the first year and a half, it payed for it's self in reduced insurance rates. So even if your parents refuse to pay for it, take it if you have to pay your own insurance or at least before your parents cut you off.

my drivers ed class was actualy kinda cool. a lot of my friends were in it and the teacher didn't care what we did so

actually, in canada, you get your liscense 4 months earlier with driving school, so it's no biggy. it's like 800 bucks (CAD) for like 10 hours of driving and 10 hours of class, so fuck that. the only benefit is that it lowers your insurance quite a bit, but i'm not going to have separate insurance yet anyways, i'm just going to be added to my parents', and i'm not paying for it anyways, so yeah. :)

getting my license 3 months earlier is a huge deal cause my birthday's in august, so i get it in april instead of july. it was actually pretty good i'm a way better driver because of it and u get to put ur foot on the floor a lot without worrying about gas.

yeah it's the easiest class ever. I took it over the summer and my teacher was the biggest pothead ever. He would tell us how he got high and how he would get wasted and how he got in his drunk friends car and almost got killed. He was about 50 years old too. we also had play dough in our room for some reason, and we had play dough fights the entire week.

oh and the only thing the class does in georgia is lower insurance rates.

Imagine the ns outcry if u(lateralis) were banned. There would be countless threads and petitions to bring u back, it would be like when treadway got banned from whistler. Someone would probably make and sell 'Free Lateralis' stickers and shit. -j

my teacher was a crazy republican, but he was cool shit i failed both tests but he let me pass cause he thought i was a good kid. i went to most of the classes high so it was all good
