your nuts, you should move to snowbir/alta area, when its bad i only gotta drive 8 miles to meh mountain. uuuuhhh draper represent.

too abd the new hummers aren't even on a hummer chassis. i still envy you though, even though an H1 would be so much better for the drive

there is a company that makes tank style tracks for trucks and suv's and such. those would definately make it through anything

oh and i just read this advisory from the weather service...

...AN AVALANCHE WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM THIS EVENING FOR MONO COUNTY...

HIGHWAY 395 IS CLOSED DUE TO AVALANCHES...TRAVEL IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE AND STRONGLY DISCOURAGED. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL TODAY YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR LIFE AND THE LIVES OF RESCUE...LAW ENFORCEMENT AND UTILITY PERSONEL AT RISK!!

.

you should post a link because that doesnt sound right to me! avalanche warning until 8pm? is the avy gonna go to bed? or are they controlling and re-opening again after 8pm?

its a joke get it, ha ha, Hummers have poor mileage, so instead of 8 miles to the gallon, its 8 gallons to the mile, ha ha he he

You people are silly. And i would wait a day man. They sound like they really don't want you on that road. If you die, tell your family not to be pissed because it was your decision.

you're an idiot. what are you going to do when you get there? ski powder that's another 5 feet above your head? mammoth has another 5 to 6 feet expected tonight.

yeah, your drive is gonna be horrible. But once you get here, the mountain has 9 feet of fresh powder.
