I know lots of people do it, especially the euros. I've heard stories of people getting hit, and having fairly serious injuries from drunk skiers/boarders crashing into them. Intrawest sells shots of tequila at the Very top of blackcomb, with no way down but to ski out. Is this right? are they just a profit maximizing firm, and are justified to sell hard liqour at the top of the mountain where drunks have to ski out, in order to maximize their own profits? Or are they being hypocritical and proving their own "alpine responsibility code" wrong?
