smuggs is right. drinking alone doesnt make you an alcoholic. when you feel dead inside and your whole life revolves on getting wasted, you can't control how much you drink, go through withdrawal when you don't drink, etc., then you're an alcoholic. nobody can tell you you're an alcoholic. only you can know, which makes it hard because alcoholics almost never admit that they are. they have to hit rock bottom before they realize it.
