Drilling a Line ski, ruin the itegrity?

If I put a normal binding on a Line ski, then next year I put on the pivogy binding, will the ski lose strength from the drilled holes...? Would the plugs bring it to pretty much normal or no?

It will not affect the integrity of the ski. I drilled my Lines and maybe someday when things work out for the Line binding I will put them on.

basically after you drill a ski 3 times it becomes crappy, but since they are pre-drilled and you drill them for the bidings you have now you should be fine

the 2004 lines do not have the 4 hole line binding pattern so you would not be able to mount line bindings anyways without an adapter

because it was a piece of shit last year and failed miserably, line wont be realeasing them this year. for the 05 season (next year) line will have the four hole pattern in their skis and will be selling their bindings too (as long as they fix all the bugs)

they are a cool idea but they broke too often. if they fix the problems i would get them.

 
Line binding aren't produced this years because of SARS(no kidding). It was on line website a couple of months ago, they are now searching for a new place to do them cause mold injection is too expensive to do in the us, that's why they were made in china, thus stoping because of sars... Scheduled for 2005

I haven't been able to kill my 1260's yet. There was little bubbles on the top sheet when i bought em but they haven't grown or shrunken, they seem fine. The only damage is on the tails where I have run them over with the ski patrol tobaggan a few times.

if you have some line skis with the 4 hole pattern go to any store that sells line skis and ask for the binding pluggs that go into those holes and they fill them right up
