damn, k here goes a briefer version of what i just said, bear in mind that this is silly dangerous and vicious on your car, its hard on clutch engines tires suspension brakes lsd, everything.
I use two main types in combination, feint and clutch kick
Clutch kick
I'll explain this first as its what i use the most, to do this enter a corner at a decent speed in either 2nd or 3rd, as the car is turning and you feel lateral force pulling the car to the outside, step on the clutch and bring the revs up until your in boost etc, the suddenly pop the clutch while turning the wheel slighty sharper to the inside of the corner, followed by the opposite direction to counter your rear end sliding out. This will cause the rear wheels to lose traction and spin to the outside, now turn the wheel just enough to control your line and feather the throttle too much and you will spin to little and your tires will catch and throw you straight. As you get better begin doing this earlier in the corner until your doing a proper drift.
Feint, I use this in combo normally with a clutch kick, to do this as your in the corner and feel lateral pull to the outside turn sharply to the outside, then quickly to the inside of the corner this transfers the weight so fast that the rear of the car will slip out, now do the same shit with throttle and steering as before.
here is a shitty example of late clutch kick/power over drifting, i was too scared to go totally through the corner as it was an open road.
