I haz a problem with my ankle/calf/Achilles tendon

so all weekend i was sitting around doing hmwk, no physical activity at all. then this morning, i woke up at 6 for a soccer practice, i showed up late and didnt stretch or warm up, i played dece hard for about an hour, then had almost no cool down before class. now i can barely walk on my left ankle, it feels like my Achilles tendon is very tight. what should i do? i dont wanna snap it :/
should i play soccer tmrw? or take a break? and how can i make it better? ive been stretching it a bit to no prevail. halp.

so far im stretching and icing it and planning to play tmrw.

just keep icing and stretching but later on switch to heat, the heat will loosen it up a bit then stretch it some more,in the morning see if you can do a fast walk or maybe even a really light jog to see how it feels, but for now just chill

ice it, if it doesn't relax just take a knife and cut it, then it will release. then just tape it up and you're good to go.

My dad is always bugging me about advil when I get hurt, it doesn't treat the pain, its treats the problem causing the pain. So advil it up, ice then heat and repeat. Do this for a couple of days because you want to keep the inflamation down to reduce the severity and time the injury lasts.

Get a big Styrofoam roller and massage the shit out of it with it. Icing only really helps within the first 2 days of injury. After that it's all stretching and rehabilitation.
