So I've been having severe tooth pain for about a week now. The whole right side of my mouth hurts. Really I'm in too much pain to do anything. I went to the dentist and he didn't know what was wrong. He told me it was probably stress related. But the thing is I probably feel even less stressed than I usually am. He checked out my teeth and said they were fine. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience or if I'm just gonna have to deal with this for the forseeable future.

If he can't figure it out, then Dr. NS is outta luck too.

Last time I had severe pain in my mouth, I ended up with Root Canal therapy and then having to get the bastard crowned. If thats the case then I hope you have a couple of grand up your sleeve coz it aint cheap.

I doubt thats the problem though, because an X-ray would show a cavity down to the nerve.
 
yea dude. try out a different dentist. did you get hit in the face maybe? did you recently have braces? possibly a loose tooth? thats all i can think of . hope it helps
