right after i had my bowl of wheaties this morning i felt these painful lumps on the roof of my mouth. the pain lasted 30 mins and went away but the bumps are still here as i type. they are a white/greyish color.

I would suggest seeing a dentist/oral surgeon. From googling, it could be a number of things and I don't think anyone on here can correctly diagnose that.

When people get strep white dots and red dots in the mouth and throat are a symptom. normally the first to appear and the last to go away. I used to get strep throat all the time and always had these.

i had those like a month ago when i had a really sore throat, like some on the roof and back of my throat, i just drank alot of water and took alot of cold fx for a few days and they went away along with my sore throat

If you dip or smoke alot then those can usually form but other wise see a doctor

/also stop fucking 3rd world foreigners.

I had this thing a couple years back called cocsackey. I had cold sores all over my mouth and throat. That is my diagnosis
