I'd give this podcast a listen, Stephan Drake (the founder) goes over a lot of the company history.
But in general, they are a pretty cool company. Stephan was one of the first, if not the first to make a rockered ski. They were also the first to use pre-preg carbon fiber skis, and I'd say they continue to be one of the most experienced companies when it comes to using carbon in skis. Apparently their new Alchemist construction is pretty sweet. Very expensive though, as carbon is hard to work with and they make most of their skis in the US
