Whenever i go to d/l a program it never works. For example i try to d/l kazaalite and it opens as a word file. So then i try to download the trial of winzip since its a zip file. At download.com it says searching for a third party or something and it never downloads. Then i click where it says 'if d/l doesnt start click here'. So i clicked there and a white screen come up with a little box in the left hand corner with three diff shapes in it.

If anyone knows what is wrong could they please reply, i need help!

maybe if you spelled download right, u wouldnt have this problem
