If you are getting the eat cheese message in Internet Explorer, check it isn't block javascript from running. It might pop up a little security warning under the URL bar
 
sick, im on a trip now and this is a perfect distraction from the summer projects my teacher assinged me,

YOU HAVE TO UNZIP THE FILES TO NOT EAT CHEESE
 
ahhhhHow do I open a KMZ file?KMZ files are compressed collections of one or more files for viewing in Google Earth. They are compressed using the zip format, and can be opened using any common zip tool, such as "WinZip", "7-Zip", or the default Windows XP Compressed Folders Tool--for Windows, "Stuffit"--for Mac OS, or "zip"--for Mac OS or Linux. You may need to change the file extension from .kmz to .zip to have the file be recognized by a zip tool. Remember to change back to .kmz before using the file again.
 
i just found my defintion somewhere, could you give us a more or less detailed description on how to edit grabs?
 
Well you start with a mute, and im too lazy to unlock them all, so i renamed the mute grab fille ( skiermodelmute.kmz ) with the truck drive one ( skiermodeltruckdriver.kmz ) and vice versa.

Thats all i have figured out. Pretty soon were gunna have custom levels!
 
I managed to open the files in google earth but it only let me view them and not edit them...
I am still wonderin why they would decide that kmz files [actually a compressed kml file] are compatible with google earth and not SketchUp?
 
this is so awesome im going to portland or for awhile then back to school so lots of traveling and the hole im im going to be playing GNARSHMALLOW! so stoked thanks!

when i downloaded that on vacation at an internet cafe it was slow
but when i had no connection
it was speedy quick

found some stuff out. If you rename one of the grabs to a .zip file then open it ,there are more files which i have no idea what to do with.
 
Ok some more info that may or may not help, once you put the grab in a zip and got to models there is a dae file which can be opened with sketchup...
 
click on the "gnarshmallow" folder, then export now

export it to your desktop or wherever you want it to be, then you are all good and ready to play

after all of that, go download my grab pack for some new grabs(tutorial in this thread)
