i duno my pants are the puffy pants and theyre the warmest and comfiest things ive ever seen in my life and had on. its not to hide my non style, because i know i dont have much style... im nt trying to copy any other skier out there, i wear my pants at my waist with a belt, im not one of thsoe people who wear belts so their pants stay below their ass but not any lower... that is stupid. plus, most of the time the people who are out there to copy someone else dont turn out any good anyways.... just because theyre just trying to be something else. i mean if some dude can say i wanna be like tanner, go out buy crazy big stuff, and go out and throw some huge thing like he does, then so be it.. but i dont see that happening any time soon.

listen up you faggots, 'ghetto' isnt cool, 'ghetto' is not having enough money to feed your family and living in low budget housing, ghetto is not cool, anyone that skis is not ghetto, so when you think someone whearing baggy oakley clothing is ghetto think about how much that jacket and pants cost them, and they certainly dont live in the slums and have to steal just to stay alive.... no style is the same, no one can completely copy someones style, they will never be the same... style is so diverses that you cant categorize it into words, you cant pick a group of skieirs and say they have 'the same' style, no one has the same style, some are similar but you cant compare any of them..... most people enjoy the baggy clothing style and enjoy listening to hip hop, there not copying anyone, if they dicide to wear that shit then its offically there style, there not copying anyone if there the ones reping that style..... personally i enjoy baggy clothing and what you little shit heads like to call 'ghetto' and most people do so fuck the guy that made this post, if you dont like what someone wears then dress totally oppisite, go get your one pecice racing suit you little ass flosser.... and another point, if you walk into a newschoool ski shop and start looking at clothing i think you will see that everything has a loose fit to it, so the times are changing buddie..... try to spin and do all the tricks that people enjoy with a tight racing suit on, then put on some nice baggy wear and do it, style is much better..... anyways props to the kids that disagree with the honkey that started this post....

For real, what you wear doesnt make you a good or bad skier. Look at half of the sickest skiers and look at what they got on in the pipe and in the park. You wouldnt be able to tell the difference between them and some 'ghetto' skiers.

heres my 'essay'. you sound like you're twelve, have skied for 3 years at most, totally idolize a few different skiers, can ski around the mountain ok, and totally worry about your 'steeze'. first off, thats a stupid word, in my opinion at least. who cares what other people wear, ski for yourself. swoller members really arent all that great, hip hop itself isnt all that great. if you want to find musicians with talent, find someone who actually sings or plays an instrument. no one cares what you think is ghetto, or what you think is cool. people like you are the reason skiers are looked at as idiots. close minded little kids who have to put in a few words, no matter how idiotic they are. when skiers can do what they want without being judged by their own kind, we will be able to push the sport forward. but right now, our up-and-comers are all bitching about their music and what they are going to wear to the hill today. shut your mouth up and ski.

 
that shit about baggy pants i dont really get it, like every pro have baggy pants (ok some have bigget then others) but it really makes shit look better and it isnt all ghetto to have baggy pants its extreme sports style to so stop bitching if your in to extreme sports.

how about this...go ahead and wear whatever you want, and if you see people wearing something different than you, instead of calling them a fag, why not just ignore them and keep on skiing. I dont understand why any of you give shit what anyone else is wearing, it has nothing to do with you nor does it have anything to do with how good a skier someone is. Im not defending either side because frankly, i think alot of people look pretty ridiculous out there. but you know what? It's a lot more fun to just keep on skiing instead of focusing on what clothes are cool.

Most of you queers have forgotten one thing: image is important. Do you think the suits over at ESPN care about how Tanner Hall and the other 'ghetto' looking skiers? You bet they do. And any show featuring skiers cares about image. If skiing is going to get the recognition it deserves we have to leave alot of this style by the wayside, and try to just ski. Snow boarding really does not have a popular style, except an almost non-style. I dont know if any of this made sense, but late night OLN movies are the only place youll see Tanner and the rest of our boys until we figure out this style.

it's not posers that will kill the progression of skiing. it's dudes like you who are too close minded to accept people wearing clothes and listening to music that you don't think they should be listening too. there is no reason to hate on other dudes. let people do what they want to do, if they're having a good time, who are you to say that they shouldn't be wearing a certain style of clothing, or that they aren't 'good enough' to be ghetto.
