Down rails

keep your stance really wide and lean downhill a little bit. keep in mind that it wont feel much faster than a regular flat rail; they are surprisingly easy.

my coach always told me on any rial to get G,

bend your knees, keep your hands down towards your ankles and lean a little forward(downhill)

go up to the rail slower? if your hitting it hard try to find a down rail that doesnt go to flat landing

saved me typing.

Once youve truly mastered regular rails, down rails become a lot easier.

at least thats what i found

when I was just starting I usually did the opposite and had a little bit extra speed. helped me kinda lean down hill and keep me from slipping out. just my opinion though.
