Down Rails

if its urban style... just practice and lean forward, you dont need to pop as hard as you think most times... if you can get on by goen straight then its the same as a flat rail... just angled down which necessitates leaning forward, as always look at the end of the rail, bend knees etc
 
getting a good "prone" pop onto it will help - make sure you commit and stay lower than usual, this should keep you centered weight wise.
