Doulbe fontflips (on a trampoline)

yeah i know i posted this in the tramp cult also but i just tried a doulbe front and got 1 1/2 times around and had like a huge face plant on the mat.. it hurt like fuck so anyone have any tips on how to do it or how to not kill or paralyze yourself and still be able to do it.. i need all the help possible
 
well im gonna double cross my springs soon... my springs aren't really that stretched out so i think my dad is gonna cross em or something but i was jumping from my swing set.. which is just about as high as the net so i jumped over the net onto the tramp. and i was getting about as much air as you would if you doulbe crossed your springs.. i don't really like the idea of someone doulbe bouncing you and doing it cause i would get really off balanced.. im just gonna double cross my springs
 
dude there really hard to land but if u just grab your shins and tuck you'l rotate it but know that the first few your going to land on your back witch doenst hurt it's actually quite pleasent and they'll make you feel light head for teh first 10 you do or so but a dope tramp trick indeed
 
I first learned them into a foam pit off a runing tramp at this gym. When i first was learning them at my house tramp you just gotta jump as high as you can, then throw it as hard as you can. u have to commit 100% and don't let go of your tuck until the last second. you should stomp it.
 
well if you only did 1.5 then you definitely didnt commit enough. I landed on my head the first two times I did it. Its a weird feeling you have to stay balled up and let your self flip again. The first few times its really easy to open up and land on your head because your scared. Just stay with it and once you land on your back (1.75 flips) you'll be able to do it every time. Now landing on your feet is a completely different thing, and really hard. Theres a video in my profile of a double front.
 
Cowboy it pull ur legs apart and ull spin faster also make sure u throw with ur arms almost straight to get the full throw
 
tuck your head and dont come out of your tuck until you feel the downmotion. then open up like a reg frontflip
