Have you seen the poster of Doug Coombs hucking a gnarly ice cliff? It was titled "Upon this Rock I Build my Church". K2 is producing a limited number of them for sale. $20 each. All proceeds go to his wife and young son.

Thanks

I remember a quote from an article about Coombs once that said "I don't even bother if it isn't steeper than 45 degree"

I was going to start this thread today, then searched and found....this. You should seriously buy this sick ass poster:

Money goes to charity, and you get a sweet poster of one of the hardest lines ever skied (if not craziest). All of you park only skiers, and younger ones may have never heard of this guy, but he was seriously one of the best big mountain skiers ever. Seth said that the 3 times he skied with Doug were probably the 3 best ski days of his life. Plus, Doug grew up in the town next to me (Bedford MA).

Definately a great cause guys, please support the Coombs family, they are wonderful people.

I hate the K2 site, it looks great untill you try and use it. The link on the front page to the actual poster just sends you to a random factory team rider. Anyone have the link for the actual poster?

Nevermind, someone posted another one with the info, I feel stupid. However, the K2 site still is fucking awful to navigate.
