The new Axe commercial with Ryan Sheklar has him ollieing over the a golf cart. Just by curiosity is it real or is that completely impossible. I dont know shit about skateboarding so dont bitch at my ignorance. Thanks, If it is real thats pretty sick.

nothin involving a double pits to chesty is real so from now on when you see an axe commercial keep that in mind
 
The backflip one with motocross was real, but i dont think the close up was real. I just hate them cuz they make me wait 30 seconds more before i watch a vid.
 
i fucking hate ryan scheckler. Skateboards dont magically launch you 6 feet in the air. You cant ollie higher than you can jump and tuck your knees on flat.

 
yeah i mean the fact that the close up wasn't real means you can consider it fake, because of course they're editing from a real backflip, just like they edited sheckler's olllie off of a real ollie he did. case remains
 
ryan sheckler one is better then the motocross one but im sure after a while it will get just as gay haha.
 
nah. Sheckler one isn't really that bad. I was annoyed with the motocross one from the first time I saw it. Sheckler one isn't bad. Some little freshman had a can of AXE and he was talking about Double Pits to Chesty and I was like STFU!
 
they did waht they do in the "girl: yeah right" video. they use green ramps and then use "green screen" to cut out the ramp thus shooting the guy 6 feet into the air. those commercials piss me off
 
That is what I thought. It looked like he went off a rap. Those commercials are super gay. I was trying to watch the switch 5 video and when i wanted to watch it a second or a third time I had to watch the whole thing again for 30 seconds. The entire idea of body spray is stupid. Some little douchebag in my gym class at school sprays it in the lockerroom everyday and makes everyone within 20 feet of him smell like it.
 
This shit fucking pisses me of... im never gonna ever buy axe because of this damn ad ...id understand if it came open ever couple videos .... but dammit every single time!!!
 
this exact same thing happened, wouldnt mind as much if it were 15 seconds but 30 seconds is a long ass time
 
well in the skate vido I think it was called yeah right they had ramps but edited them out so it look they they jumped 6 feet off flat ground but this video was fake. It could be done if some one had a ramp.
 
You don't need to know anything about skateboarding to know that a person can't jump that high in general...

i don't care about the commercials, i just hate axe products and their vibe
axe shampoo literally makes my hair even greasier than before i showered whereas every other shampoo will keep my hair normal for even like 4 days...not saying in often go 4 days without a shower....but i did an experiment...axe failed
 
It took me a while to do the backflip, for serious. Afterwords I was pumped but then realized how much time I wasted trying to complete it. haha rediculous though.
 
definitely fake, but that ollie down that ledge is HUUUUGE (the one where theres the guy on the segway)

El Toro is the chads gap of skateboarding. no self respecting skateboarder cares about a 20 stair. The sport has moved way beyond going as gnarly as possible.
 
Not true. When Sheckler was interviewed last year in Transworld about how skaters see him, when the interviewer jokingly suggested that he should hit El Toro to gain some credit back, Sheckler replied, "Already did it," and the interviewer was at a loss for words. Whether or not it's played out, it's impressive. When Busenitz kickflipped El Toro, his career took off. Hate all you want on Sheckler (yes, Life of Ryan was absolutely retarded), but the kid has raw talent out the ass and a remarkable amount of drive, and nobody can make a very good argument against that. He competed in the X Games on a sprained ankle, dropping 10-stairs over and over again. He's a damn good skater, and anyone who knows about skateboarding will, whether they like him or not, give him that.
 
well first of all it was dave bachinsky who kickflipped el toro and he has done NOTHING since then. i am definitiely not taking anything away from shecklers talent because he's easily one of the best skaters around but wouldnt you agree that simon dumont is one of the best skiiers out there regardless of the hate that comes his way? very similar situation.
 
I'm pretty sure Busenitz did it too, but I'm not 100% on that. I've never heard the name Bachinsky (sounds like an 18th century composer) but I definitely remember reading an article on someone who did it, I'm almost positive it was Busenitz. And yeah I agree, Sheckler's situation is a very similar situation to Dumont's. I feel very similarly about Dumont and Sheckler.
 
yeah, as a skateboarder i can say that most people feel the same way. If you google el toro kickflip bachinsky's name will be all over the place.
