Double fronts are so easy. I learned them by just jumping really high then landing on my knees and just hucking them from there. Just keep yourself in a really tight ball and you will just keep flipping.
I think that the easiest one is probably a d-spin to misty or a d-spin to rodeo. Rotation doesn't matter. I learned those first cuz you can kinda cheat on the second one and gradually get more and more inverted
dub backs are easier. way more natural, can spot your landing, easier weight shifiting advantages. people say that dub front are easier just cuz if you come up short, you're more likely to land on your back, pussies.
double fron dude, then double misty 9. honestly the double misty 9 sounds hard but its really easy, almost as easy at the double front. seriously. ill get you my video to show you what it is
I wanna get a rectangle tramp, because they are safer and give you an equal, softer, and higher bounce compared to a round tramp which acts as a funnel.
Id say the easiest one to learn is what John Spriggs called the BBQ flip. Its not scary to learn. Its essentially a 90 to double lincon then a 90. So its sorta like a double misty. So you start by doing 90 to sideflip and a half so you land on your back and eventually you just throw it. The best part is the worst thing thatll happen is that you land on your side on your back, as long as you tuck up or grab safety.
when i tried a double front on my tramp my problem was i kept untucking after the first flip because i was so used to untucking after one. and i had so much momentum id try to land on my feet and i would just slip to my face... everytime. kinda hurt
