I saw a guy at camp working on double backs on the tramps. They were spinning really fast and were tucked up if that's any help. Only thing was they weren't opening at the right time.
a snowboarder who worked at the camp i worked at could do double backflips, inverted 9's and just about everythign you can think of. and he can do all of this shit on snow too
ya, i did that on a lincoln once, i flew just off the trampoline, but as i was comming down i kept rotating and my leg hit the bar fromt the side, now i got a bone thingy in my leg, hurts like a bitch.

yeah i did that a few years ago doing a front flip and went way forward and my legs came stragiht down onto the metal bar and got some type of fracture or something like that
I have done a few double backs and a few double fronts but have since stopped doing them. Its a rush the first few timse but they are pretty sketchy unless you get a ton of air. i scraped my head against the mat a few times and that was pretty scary. I've cracked my neck pretty bad a few times too. If you can get a ton of air go for it though.
i tried a double front (dont know why, my fronts arnt all thats great) and i did like 1 and a quarter and slipped and chunked my back on the bar. hurt for a while.
ya at sugarbush i was tehre for the budweiser aerial assault, they had the bronze medalist for trmapoline from the olympics. he was doing all sorts of triple and double flips. he could also land on his back and do 2 and a half backs, shit like that.
I have done a few double fronts, and tried double lincolns.... I have landed the fronts, and came pretty close on the double lincoln a couple of times. they are really fast though, you need more air. like off a big air jump or something. yea.
On tramp. I can do flare to front, barani to back, double front, I tried to do double back tweo times and I wasn't able to stop my spin and landed on my back... the reason why I can do them is because iJump somethin like 13 feets in the air without anyone to helpm me to get more air on the tramp. I've got a sick picture of myself grabbing a huntony at the same height than the roof of a house
a littl e bit less but near 15 feet or more, I think, it is enought to scare my grand mother so she dont want me to jump anymore.... but I dont care about it
I've crossed the springs, and if I try and work more than like 6/7 feet I just hit the ground in the middle.

I've seen gymnasts do triples and stuff on tramps. They're insane.
My friend once told me about this gymnastics video where the guy did a backflip with 8 spins in it.

ya i did them a lot until i broke my ankle doing one cuz i had a bit too short of a bounce and came down right on my ankle awkward it was like turned inwards and it bent over ontop of itself i watched the entire thing happen wasn't too pretty haha but ya they are fairly simple juss huck and tuck if you can get hold of a crash pad or something even better!!! flip faster than you think you will need to on your first attempt and fully commit!!!
