Whats up guys, i'm looking for a new place to live and was wondering if any of you guys on here might have worked with a laid back realtor that is willing to work with younger people.
if anyone has any suggestions, post em up!

anywhere really, just in the salt lake area.. i could go as far south as draper, as far north as the aves or as far west as 6000 west... just need to find a new spot. thing is, its myself and 3 roomies. gotta be at least a 4 bedroom, preferably 5... 1800/month budget though.

give property management systems INC a call. Give them your criteria. They are a great agency, have fast service when it comes to anything going wrong and are very laid back. Don't let the lease scare you. I had a 10 month lease last year in a 3/4 BR house and it was great.

i'm 22.... i'll be a homeOWNER by the time i'm 27 if things go as planned. its worth it.
 
thats about 3000 a month without interest or taxes, which will be another couple grand... i guess if you have the cash flow go for it, seems like a lot of money though...
 
my business partner with the elm thing has a settlement coming his way for a accident he was in over 2 years ago, he's putting a pretty big down payment on it, which is why we're waiting.. i'll then take over monthly payments and we'll probably move out after 2 years and rent it out ourselves to other people. shits been good though for sure but i've definitely had to cut back on skiing as i'm sure most people have noticed.....
