haha my home hill we have familys that come through the park to carve down the landings of big jump line and lots of racer that like to see how fast they can go through the park while only hitting the lips beside the rails and then standing with their coach on the tables of the big jumps line blocking everybody who actually wants to hit the jumps

I'm normally a pretty mild mannered polite fellow, but when I see some jackass roll over a lip, cut someone off, duck the rope around the park, or rutting out landings by turning to hard, I get vocal and will loudly ridicule them into embarrassment. It seems to be effective. Plus anyone within earshot will be affected too. Make sure to vocalize and enunciate.
