Candide website return policy states they provide pre-paid shipping label for returns. I needed to do a return and contacted them for the label. They said they would not provide one, regardless of what their website says. It was bananas. Had to pay $30 to ship the item back. Fucking dirty bastards.

On request and within 14 days after delivery we shall provide you with a prepaid label to exchange your items for free*. Similarly you are able to send us back the items you do not wish to keep for free and we shall refund you accordingly to our terms and conditions.

*For some locations we may ask you to send the items back by your own means and refund you the fees.

Negative ginge. Emailed 'em same day received. Like I said, they admitted the language on the website needed to be changed, but told me tough shit. It isn't smearing anyone if its true, but say more fam its some bullshit.
