why park city why? Jonesys jumps are painful, you can only hit at most 2 of the 3 if you don't want to case, pick and shovel is fun with the new jibs, but 4 inch jumps...lame! We have enough snow, the us open is in less than a month, and well just look at every resort in Colorado. We need to train our tricks for the open. The point is why switch the parks around? they worked fine...just my opion.
 
look at colorado. they opened their resorts with a 6 foot base months ago. we are still making snow. as far as the switchup, i don't have an opinion on it yet. the parks are still getting built. don't complain about the 4 inch jumps in a beginner park.
 
yo we havnt had like any snow... the base was 20 inches up until a week ago. I think they are doing good with what they have.
 
more like park city was really warm and rained for a week...fuckin a. i'm sick of everyone bitching about shit that's out of the park crew's hands. shit's finally coming together now, and i am stoookeddd to get back to utah seeing as i'm sitting in NY, 50 degrees, with no snow. and i don't doubt it'll be any different when i had up to NH. so be greatful that there's a mountain with a bunch of stuff open, because it could certainly be worse. way worse.

i hope i come back to an epic park. It's been soooo warm and rainy here. Our hill is just barely open, so anything will be good.
 
the walls are HUGE! the only thing is the walls are kinda close together.. you can really carry your speed through
 
yep, narrow pipe at the beginning of the season so it opens up as the zaugg grooms it throughout the season without going so wide it has to be rebuilt. everyone i've got comments from on the hill love it this year.
 
yeah the pipe is big and sick, I just wish my skis had edges. I think the real question is with the appearance of large mounds of snow on Kings Crown is that going to open this weekend? if it does that would be absolutely amazing.
 
at first i was kinda iffy with the pipe but once you get used to it it is super fun. alot easier to carry speed to each wall. very fun indeed
 
I'm stoked. I've only skied pipe like twice. The two times I've gone to the VT open and took like 4 runs. i'm scared....but stoked.
 
quit bitching go do some actually skiing then if u dont wanna hit jumps,its simple, they dont give a fuck what anyones opnion on them is, there going to do what the fuck they want, go away if u dont like it, there already too many gapers there n e way
 
umm lets see. from the disco box up i'm not sure yet but from the disco box down so far it goes: disco, jump, jump, jump, jump, hip, rainbow, jump, butter trapazoid box, stairs, down flat down box, a-frame. the line up top will most likely include double tube down flat down, c-wall, butter box, c-box. but I have friday off so I'll be just as stoked as you will to come in on saturday and cruise through the park and see how it turned out.

and just as a friendly reminder, we had 3 snowboarders poach the crown today. 2 of them got their passes pulled immediatly (plus they were using someone elses pass so patrol was brought in), and the other we couldn't stop in time and is lurking about. DONT poach a closed park or duck ropes. PLEASE! just be courteous. and be nice this weekend to everyone. it's going to be a mad house saturday due to the holidays. busy busy busy.

and what is the disco box? sounds...interesting?
 
disco box is that last box feature in pick last year. the wide butter box with two elevated boxes on both sides, one side having a down box after.
 
oh sickness, that thing was mad fun last year. i'm stoked to get back to UT cause king's crown seems ILLLLL.

and there's actually snow in UT...
 
joneseys is the large park this year but like justin said we can't make snow on jonesys until the holiday is done with
 
oh man. I am just haveing so much fun in the crown! mike you should get some of those pics up. the hip is mucho divertido
 
ok, so what happened to colby and zoo? I was trying to take a few degrees out of the third jump lip and saw them end to end the hip and when i finally got down to snap some photos they weren't rolling through the park anymore... but ya, I'm packing and moving so give me a day or two and i'll make a website and post the link for the pics... and who is the kid in green pants, green camo jacket white gloves and salomon skis?
