DONT EVER USE GETBOARDS.COM

got an orage jacket from them, it took a month to come. In stock on website. Called them they said it was out of stock. Shits weak, avoid them
 
As long as i've been a member on this website they have never had a good rep. People either say they are super reliable and quick or that the service is downright horrible. I never wanted to take the risk of finding out personally so I try to avoid them. So weird though to hear from all the people that have had great experiences with them.

Yeah, you'll either get hooked up like that at getboards, or the dude will say "here's 15% off", he'll charge you 15% MORE, and ship your order to God knows where.
I'll just avoid the place and never take the chance of being fucked over.
 
I dont understand why everyone lets them take so long, last time a site didn't ship my shit out i called until i got the manager and told her to ship my shit out and get it here next day because id waited a week for an item that was out of stock
 
I ordered a bunch of shirts from them in the summer, finally 3 weeeks later when they come, they left half of them out, due to them being out of stock. even though their site stated clearly that they had all of tem instock
 
Seriously the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. After waiting a week for the holidays so I could tell them the shirts I wanted in exchange. I call them then they try to tell me they already shipped my shirts then they take 10 minutes to realize that that was the date of the orginal purchase that I wanted to exchange. Then even though I got a call last week saying to call them about the shirts they don't have any note saying my order was sent back to them. Now I have to email and wait even longer just to exchange some shirts. I will never order from them again. They need to get there shit together before they go under.

i ordered pair of skis with some other stuff from getboards to the UK....they answered all my emails QUICKLY, even gave me extra off and shipped over cheaply... all turned up good and would buy from them again! Just my experience tho!
 
My EP pros came like 7 days after i ordered it. I was satisfied. I am sorry for those who were not.
 
although their prices are normally a bit over the curve, the customer service you get from untracked is amazing. they respond to emails within the hour almost always. i had to warranty a pair of suspects and they took care of it 100% hassle free
 
I have no idea what ya guys are talkin about, ive ordered shit form there all the time, never had a problem, maybe just bad luck??

I got my skis from there and ordered a couple movies, i picked the 7-10 shipping, and it came in 3 days, so i have to say thats good service......and they send ya e-mails and shit all the time.
 
Getboards USED to be bad... now they are great! I find that they actually have cheaper stuff then evo and BC.. Im just about to go downstairs and pick up from my doorman FKS140s for $250ish and I got it within the week! so I'm happy with them.
 
Ï'm down with getboards. I got Anthems with bindings shipped from the US To Norway for 500 bucks in 7 days. I'd definately order from them again.
 
Getboards is really good now. I ordered jiberish from them back in december and it came quick and hassle free. I believe it is under new ownership now.
 
It's funny because I've been ordering from getboards since I was in 7th grade and I'm 22 now, so probably about 9 years, and I've never ever had a bad experience with them. Call it luck of the draw, but if they have the best price or the items I need, I'm gonna keep ordering from them.
 
Getboards has changed from the old, ive seen it personally. Ive had orders where i've gotten detailed texts from the owner, thats how much they strive for service now. Honestly, give them a try because i can promise Tony will have your back throughout the whole order.
