Don't Buy Dynastars, heres why

this is what happend to my trouble makers, the first day i rode them i broke all 4 edges and ripped an inch of edge out, right after that i sent them to dynastar and they refused warrenty.. a good ski if your not into grinding

i like to play poggs

if its unnatural its dirty

that shitty. but i guess its clearly rail damage. i love mine but im scared to take them on rails so i just use them for jumps pipe and a few small boxes

i hope they fix that, even though im probably not getting a pair they still should fix that cuz thats kinda gay of them.

ive came to the conlcusion that every ski has its down fall and that no ski is perfect

you really do need 2 pair of skis if you're going to do rails. one pair to ruin on rails, and another to actually keep nice and ski with.

i don't get when people talk about having rail skis. so, when you're riding the park, on your 'jump skis', are you going to skip all the rails? then put on your rail skis, and skip all the jumps? that makes no sense to me.

 
2 kids i ski with got the TMs last year and some thing happend to them and same thing when they got new ones this year. TMs suck

Okay...Those are brand new???

Because I hit rails evry day I go to the mountain for like 70% of the day and all the damage I have is a couple of core shots and dull edges.

I probably have 35+ days on my TM's and like I said, I hit rails every time and mine are not in too bad of condition.

You should really expect to see extensive damage to ANY SKI if all you do is hit rails and never wax or tune your skis.

I would also refuse warranty.

I'm actually willing to bet a 4frnt ski will fall apart jaut as quickly if not sooner than a dynastar.

I hate girls in COWBOY HATS...

Do you ride at one of those little places with rusty or painted rails??

Reminds me of what happened to my Candides. I used to be super pleased with my Dynastar stuff, but the way they handled my broken skis was terribly unprofessional. I still love Look bindings, but I am otherwise turned off towards Dynastar.

Ive seen that ahppen to two pairs here too, same spot and everyhting. And sometimes its not rail damage, water got in them and froze

and to whoever said not to buy dynas because theyre a race predominant company, should i also not buy rossi, salomon, atomic, and others solely for that reason?

i do tons of rails and my tm's are fine.

and of course they wont warranty them, you obviously did it on rails (i hope)

Any ski would look like shit if you beat them enough. I'm sure there are tons of stories about every single popular twintip out there that show how they can be bashed on enough to look like shit.

I've gotten a ton of rails/jumps in my TMs and they still look perfect, just dull edges.

It's hilarious that you tried to warranty them. Retard.

 
i think by race companys he means all compays like you stated, i would ratther support a company that supports what i do, i dont race.... look into armada, line, 4frnt........

TO answer your question on not buying all those compainies because they are race prominant companies, i would say yes. Becuase those skis are simply made to make profit, so they can build a better race ski.

Ride line, or Armada, Or 4frnt. Made by skiers, for skiers. I Had lines last year, tried rossi this year, doesn't even compair. Trust me, its better if you just stick with companies that will warrentee a park ski the way it's spose to be.

they were wicked cool with me. I broke my concepts and they replaced them and then I broke them again and they sold me the TMs for $180
